After many years of toiling to master the self-publishing business all by herself, Nicole finally develop a strategy for helping struggling authors, like she was, take the Angst out of self-publishing. For instance, she paid thousands of dollars to her self-publisher to create an App of her first children's book only to find out after a few months the App became unaccessible. Her self-publisher had stopped paying Apple iTunes that hosted the App while keeping her in the dark. She was heartbroken by their behavior when she reached out to them for help in recovering the App. They gave her the run around and stopped returning her phone calls.
By founding ToastAuthors, the signature program of JLE Publishing Services, she makes available to authors a new platform where their voices are no longer silenced by the high prices usually associated with self-publishing. Authors can now share their ideas and inspire the world as self-publishers.
Nicole is an award-winning, self-published, author who has paid the high price of the self-publishing industry. For this reason, she endeavors to put an end to it by giving all authors the opportunity to self-publish their book with cost-effective solutions.
