If you receive an incorrect item in reference to your order confirmation, we are more than happy to replace it. Items can be replaced within 7 days of receipt of delivery upon request. Items must be returned to the address in the email you receive. Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of your returned item. Please allow us 5 - 7 business days to ship the new item.
If your item is lost, we will file an insurance claim with the USPS (or other services related to your order) and ship a new item to you upon receipt of proof as requested in the email instructions you will receive.
If your item is damaged, we will file an insurance claim with the USPS (or other service related to your order) and replace your item upon receipt of proof as requested in the email instructions you will receive.
There are no refunds due to shipping delays. Please note the USPS shipping delays on their website. We guarantee shipment to the address provided at the time you place your order and we cannot guarantee that address changes will be processed prior to shipping your order. If you update your address after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for retrieving the order from the initial address. You may also place a new order.
