JLE, Inc's chosen mail carrier will be used at all times.
No refund for an item marked delivered. (Check your neighbor and/or local post office for the item.)
Customers must return an item at their own shipping expense if dissatisfied or ordered the wrong item.
In case a wrong item was mailed out, customers must return the item using our prepaid shipping label (if JLE, Inc was at fault) before a refund will be issued.
Every item must be returned to JLE, Inc. with tracking services.
No refund if customers refuse to return an item.
JLE, Inc. is not responsible for an item lost in the mail sent by customers with their shipping services.
No refund will be issued if customers return an empty package to JLE, Inc. (Shipping weight will be verified with a video recording of the package).
No return on overpayment. Be sure to pay the exact payment amount for your purchase.
Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method.
We will only ship to the customer's address on file using our own shipping services.
Customers' prepaid shipping labels are not allowed when making a purchase.
We ship physical products daily for orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Standard Time. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, items are delivered within 3 business days.
